How Scope Is Built
Every Visit
Restrooms cleaned and restocked, kitchens and break rooms serviced, trash and recycling out, floors vacuumed or mopped, touchpoints disinfected, entrance glass cleaned.
On Rotation
Full dusting including ledges and blinds, interior glass, wall and door spot-cleaning, edge vacuuming, and hard-floor buffing — scheduled weekly or monthly and stated in writing.
Periodic
Carpet extraction, strip-and-wax, high dusting, full window cleaning, and exterior pressure washing — quoted per service and scheduled quarterly or as needed.

How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices under 20 employees do well with two visits per week; 20-50 employees typically need three to five; larger offices or any meaningful visitor traffic justify daily service. Restrooms and kitchens drive the frequency decision because they degrade fastest.
Do you provide cleaning contracts or month-to-month service?
Both. Recurring contracts get priority scheduling and locked pricing, but we also serve businesses month-to-month and provide one-time deep cleans. Many one-time clients move to a schedule after the first service.
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes - most of our janitorial work happens evenings, overnight, or weekends. We coordinate access, alarms, and lockup procedures with your team or building management, and we schedule 7 days a week.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. Altura Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance, crews are professional and supervisor-inspected, and certificates of insurance naming your company or property manager are provided before service begins.
