Post-construction cleaning happens in three phases: a rough clean during construction (bulk debris, drywall dust, overspray removal), a final deep clean before inspection (every surface including windows, fixtures, floors, vents, and hardware), and a pre-turnover polish after finishing trades complete. We provide all three phases with a documented quality checklist on every job.
