These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alturacleaningatl.com (the "Site") operated by Altura Cleaning LLC ("Altura," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Altura Cleaning provides commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing services in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area and, on a case-by-case basis, surrounding areas. Service availability depends on scheduling, location, and project scope.
Any pricing, rates, or estimates shown on the Site or provided in response to a request are estimates only and are not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on an assessment of the property, scope, condition, and site requirements. A binding price is established only in a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for the period stated in the proposal.

Altura Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance, and crew members are bonded. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request and may name a general contractor or client as an additional insured where applicable and supported by our policy. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, limits, and conditions of our policy in effect at the time of service.
We strive for high-quality, consistent results and follow documented processes. Statements about quality, scheduling, or turnaround reflect our standard practices and good-faith efforts, not guarantees of a specific outcome, inspection result, or timeline unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Scheduling, rescheduling, deposits, and cancellation terms are set out in the written proposal or service agreement for each project and control over any general statements on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altura Cleaning LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Site or any service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Testimonials and reviews on the Site reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results and experiences vary and are not a guarantee of the results any particular client will achieve.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Altura Cleaning name, is owned by Altura Cleaning LLC and may not be used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
